Refund and Return Policy

Price: In SGD (Singapore Dollars)

Time: Ex-stock subject to prior sale unless otherwise indicated above.

Delivery: Additional surcharges apply for deliveries after office hours and/or with access restrictions, e.g. narrow doors, stairs, over counters etc. To be quoted after site assessment. Clients must take delivery of the goods no later than 6 months upon order confirmation or KTA’s notice of arrival, whichever is later.

Payment Terms: 50% downpayment upon confirmation. 50% balance before delivery.

Installation Terms: Client must provide all necessary M&E utility points within 1 meter of equipment’s location for installation. Distance more than 1 meter limit will be subject to additional surcharges.

Warranty: Prices quoted include 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects for equipment only from date of delivery. No warranty for all fabricated stainless-steel items. Warranty does not cover repairs arising from accidents, negligence or wear and tear. Repairs not covered include bulbs, gaskets, tie rods, blade guards, quartz tubes etc.

Quote Validity: 14 days from above-mentioned date.

Remarks:

– We are non gst registered company, therefore there will be no gst charges on this quotation

– All payment to be made to *Kitchen Tech Asia Pte Ltd – UEN 202421244Z* and screenshot to be provided.
